Keith Fahey

Keith Fahey is a licensed Texas real estate broker with over twenty five years of experience in new home sales, management, marketing and research. He moved to San Antonio in 1986 after being an electronics engineer in Houston for 6 years. He started his new home career as an onsite sales counselor and was promoted to Sales and Marketing manager for a national homebuilder in 1991. Keith managed all aspects of a successful sales operation until 2000. In 2000, he attained a new management position as VP of Marketing . In this role, he was responsible for managing all aspects of marketing and strategic research for the San Antonio division and was eventually selected to also manage these roles for the Austin division.

Keith was recognized among his peers when he won the NAHB National Sales Manager of the Year in 1993 and NAHB National Marketing Manager of the Year in 2005. He attained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas –San Antonio in management with a concentration in marketing. After almost 20 years of national homebuilder management experience, Keith decided to start a new company, Rhapsody Realty Services, which focuses on real estate, new home marketing and strategic research.

Mike Harrell

Mike Harrell brings over 27 years of sales, marketing and management to Rhapsody Reality Service. Mike started his new home career as an onsite sales counselor with a National Home Builder. After six successful years of onsite sales, he moved into sales management and most recently was the VP of Sales for a National home Builder. In this role, he was responsible for all sales and marketing. Mike decided to join Rhapsody Realty Services, which focuses on real estate, new home marketing and strategic research.
